At De VeenFabriek in November Matti Braun's The Alien is put on as a play. After two sketches of certain scenes of The Alien, successively presented in Utrecht and ’s-Hertogenbosch, the complete play will be staged in Leiden. Music is performed live by Anna-Karin Korhonen and Matti Braun designed the stage set and props which fluctuate somewhere between a theatrical landscape and an autonomous art work. A full cast of amateur actors gleaned from friends and acquaintances in the art world act in the play.
