For the April session, Itziar Okariz will join the group as a guest tutor alongside Jon Mikel Euba. In this session Itziar Okariz will show fragments of some of her works, and lead the students through various exercises that consider the written word, the voice and the body, and ideas of theater and performance. She will also present a performance with Jon Mikel Euba.

If I Can’t Dance director, Frédérique Bergholtz, and curator, Susan Gibb, will also be present, alongside Jon Mikel Euba and Itziar Okariz, for face to face meetings with each of the students.

ACTION UNITES, WORDS DIVIDE (ON PRAXIS, AN UNSTATED THEORY) is a yearlong course conceived by artist Jon Mikel Euba at the invitation of and curated by If I Can't Dance, I Don't Want To Be Part Of Your Revolution. The course is coordinated by If I Can't Dance curator Susan Gibb.
