If I Can't Dance, I Don't Want To Be Part Of Your Revolution is proud to present Performance Days, a seven-day festival dedicated to performance that takes place from 27 November–3 December.
The programme comprises all of If I Can't Dance's productions that have been in development for the past two years as part of Edition V – Appropriation and Dedication (2013–2014) with four new artist commissions by Gerry Bibby, Sara van der Heide, Snejanka Mihaylova and Emily Roysdon, and four Performance in Residence research projects by Gregg Bordowitz, Jacob Korczynski, Sven Lütticken and Grant Watson. Performance Days also includes lectures and contributions by other artists and speakers, to be announced.
The complete programme of the Performance Days will be available online from 17 October.
The location of the Days is Ruysdaelkade 2, neighbouring the Rijksmuseum in the heart of Amsterdam. In this (former) housing of SKOR, If I Can't Dance will stage a wide range of performance premieres, lectures, conversations, screenings, new publications and installed works.
