1. Mihaylova S., Inner Stage, If I Can’t Dance, I Don’t Want To Be Part Of Your Revolution, Amsterdam, 2014
    1. This publication is one of four volumes presenting the performance commissions developed within If I Can't Dance's Edition V – Appropriation and Dedication (2013–2014).

Mihaylova’s new work Inner Stage proposes thinking to be a relational experience, explored by the artist in acts of listening, receiving, and giving voice. The project unfolded through various presentational formats, and converged in the making of a song with composer Lisa Holmqvist, and a publication with the designer Philip Baber [link]. For Inner Stage, Mihaylova embarked on a trajectory that took her to Cairo, Egypt, in December 2013, to deepen her research into the Gospel of Thomas, an apocryphal text that is at the basis of her research. Snejanka Mihaylova's volume includes an annotated bibliography and part of the musical score to her performance A Song, along with photographs by Jeff Weber.
